Job Summary

JMB Constructions is looking for an experienced and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth communication throughout the property-buying and post-sales process.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of CRM experience in the construction/real estate/builders industry and possess excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates regarding projects, bookings, payments, documentation, and possession.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, construction, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain and update customer records, follow-ups, complaints, and interaction details in CRM software.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution within the required timeline.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, documentation, and other customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and required documents.
- Prepare regular reports related to customer interactions, follow-ups, complaints, and closures.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.
- Maintain skilled communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in Construction / Real Estate / Builders industry is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
