We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Study Personnel to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical studies and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Roles and Responsibility
- Conduct site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely study completion.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of study data, including progress reports and final study reports.
- Provide training and support to site staff on study procedures and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.




- Participate in quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as life sciences or pharmacy.
- Proven experience in clinical studies, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
- Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and ICH guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
