Job Summary

Robotek LLP is looking for an experienced
Sales Coordinator
to manage customer communication, sales coordination, regular follow-ups, order processing, and sales-related documentation.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and coordination skills and be comfortable handling customers, dealers, and internal sales teams.
Working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and dealer calls and maintain professional communication.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders, customer queries, dispatches, and pending matters.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, orders, follow-ups, and payments.
- Assist with quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data accurately.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Dispatch teams for billing, payment status, and order processing.
- Perform basic sales and accounts-related activities using
BUSY Accounting Software
.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience
in Sales Coordination, Customer Handling, Telecalling, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong calling, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounts, billing, invoices, and payment records.
- Working knowledge of
BUSY Accounting Software
is preferred.
