- Coordinate daily international shipment dispatch with courier partners (Aramex, DHL, Delhivery) ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and customs compliance.
- Track and report international dispatch TAT, delivery performance, and exceptions across all serviced countries.
- Support rate benchmarking and cost comparisons across international courier partners to identify savings opportunities.
- Manage customs documentation, invoicing, and regulatory paperwork (CN22/CN23, commercial invoices, HS codes) for outbound international shipments.
- Liaise with 3PL and warehouse teams (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) to ensure international orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within TAT.
- Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions — customs holds, returns, lost shipments, and delays — working directly with courier partner escalation teams.
- Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records in Vinculum WMS for all international orders.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports and summaries on international shipment volumes, costs,



and service- level performance for management.
- Assist in onboarding current courier partners or expanding serviceable countries as the business scales.
- Manage end-to-end air, sea, and express cargo operations — from booking and consolidation through to customs clearance and final-mile delivery — for bulk/freight international shipments.
- Prepare and vet cargo documentation including Airway Bills (AWB), Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, certificates of origin, and letters of credit as applicable.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs house agents (CHA) on shipment scheduling, port/airport handling, and clearance timelines for air and sea freight.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
