Role Description
The Sales Associate role at CW Hospitality LLP is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will engage with corporate and event clients, understand their Food & Beverage requirements, and present appropriate service packages and menu options. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and generating leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close sales.



The role involves coordinating with culinary and operations teams to ensure accurate service delivery, maintaining client relationships, and capturing feedback to support continuous improvement. The Sales Associate will also track sales performance, update CRM or sales records, and support promotional activities and events as needed.

Qualifications
- Customer engagement and relationship-building skills, including active listening and client service orientation.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead generation, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage or hospitality services, with the ability to understand menus, event formats, and service standards.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
