Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy
Social Media Executive
to manage and strengthen the school's digital presence across social media platforms. The role will be responsible for creating engaging content, covering school activities and events, managing digital campaigns, generating and tracking enquiries, and analysing social media performance.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media trends, content creation, paid advertising, digital analytics, and brand communication, preferably with experience in the
education or school sector
.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Capture high-quality
photos and videos
of school activities, events, celebrations, student achievements, classroom activities, and daily school life.




- Create engaging content including
posts, reels, stories, videos, creatives, and short-form content
.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Develop a monthly
social media content calendar
aligned with the school's communication and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, formats, and content opportunities.

2. Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Plan and manage
paid advertising campaigns
on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop campaigns for
school admissions, events, programmes, and brand awareness
.
- Monitor campaign budgets, reach, engagement, enquiries, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely follow-up on digital leads.

3. Lead Generation & Enquiry Tracking
- Generate quality admission enquiries through social media and digital campaigns.
