BIM Modeler – Job Description Job Title: BIM Modeler Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining accurate BIM models based on engineering and architectural drawings while ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities - Create and develop accurate BIM models using Revit and other BIM software. - Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation. - Develop Architectural, Structural, and MEP models as per project requirements. - Coordinate BIM models with different disciplines. - Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks. - Review drawings and identify design or modeling discrepancies. - Prepare and update As-Built models based on site changes. - Assist in Quantity Take-Off (QTO) and model-based documentation. - Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and project requirements. - Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve modeling issues.



- Attend BIM coordination meetings and implement required changes. - Ensure models are delivered within project deadlines and meet required quality standards. Required Skills - Valuable knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. - Understanding of BIM modeling and coordination processes. - Knowledge of Architectural / Structural / MEP modeling. - Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings. - Knowledge of clash detection and BIM coordination. - Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Qualification - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or a related field. - Freshers with relevant BIM training can also apply. - Previous BIM modeling experience will be an added advantage. Preferred Experience 0–3+ years of experience in BIM Modeling, depending on the position. Software - Autodesk Revit - AutoCAD - Navisworks
