Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telly Calling Executive at Brand Your Trend. The person in this role will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce the company’s digital marketing services, and clearly explain how these solutions can support their business growth. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining call logs and client records, and scheduling appointments or online demos for the sales or marketing teams.



The Telly Calling Executive will be expected to meet call and conversion targets, provide accurate information, and maintain a professional and courteous communication style. Collaboration with internal teams to share client feedback and support campaign goals is an important part of this position.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including transparent spoken English, active listening, and the ability to explain services in a simple and engaging manner.
