Role Description
The Technical Support Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to users of the AICines.ai platform. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding users through platform features, and escalating complex problems to engineering teams when necessary. The Technical Support Engineer will monitor support channels, document incidents,



maintain knowledge base content, and help improve tools and processes for better user experience. Collaboration with product and development teams to identify recurring issues and recommend enhancements is also part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, isolate, and resolve platform issues across different environments.
- Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service abilities to assist a diverse user base with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret logs, metrics, and user reports, and to identify patterns and root causes.
- Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based platforms; familiarity with media, AI, or content creation tools is a plus.
- Proficiency with ticketing and incident management systems, and the ability to write explicit technical documentation.
