HR Intern – Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate evaluations, and offer management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of recent employees.

2. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.

3. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
- Identify training and development needs.

4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

5. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, and compensation programs.




- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.

6. Learning & Development
- Plan and coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness and employee growth.

7. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain HRMS and employee databases.
- Generate HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights.
- Manage HR budgets and administrative activities.

8. Organizational Development
- Drive culture-building and employee engagement activities.
- Support change management and organizational growth initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
