Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Logistics Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and expand our customer base in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring current clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, references, and market research.
- Understand customer shipping requirements and provide suitable air freight, sea freight, road transportation, customs clearance, and door-to-door logistics solutions.




- Prepare and share quotations, freight rates, and commercial proposals with customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients to convert leads into business.
- Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with customers while maintaining company margins.
- Coordinate with the operations, documentation, and pricing teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and customer requirements.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate internally to resolve service-related issues.

Required Skills
