Key Responsibilities:
- Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and support the complete recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
- Any graduate with good communication skills.
- Strong interest in building a career in IT recruitment.
- Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
