We are now looking for a D2C Operations & Logistics Associate to help manage and scale the operational engine behind goboult.com and ensure a seamless journey from order placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Order & D2C Operations
- Manage day-to-day order operations across goboult.com and other D2C channels.
- Monitor the complete order lifecycle from order placement, processing, and fulfillment to delivery.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners to resolve order-related issues.
- Track order exceptions such as failed payments, order holds, cancellations, partial shipments, and delayed dispatches.




- Ensure smooth functioning of Shopify and other operational integrations related to orders, inventory, and fulfillment.

Logistics & Fulfillment
- Coordinate with 3PL, courier, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and productive deliveries.
- Monitor key logistics metrics including dispatch TAT, delivery TAT, NDR, RTO, cancellations, and shipping costs.
- Track shipments and proactively identify delivery delays or operational bottlenecks.
- Work with logistics partners to reduce RTO, NDR, and delivery failures.
- Manage courier allocation and ensure the right logistics partners are used based on geography, serviceability, cost, and performance.
- Regularly review logistics partner performance and drive corrective actions.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory availability across D2C channels.
