About the Role

We are looking for a
creative and enthusiastic Social Media Handler
who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and maintain consistent communication across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media accounts on
Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
.
- Create engaging and creative content for social media.
- Plan, create, and publish regular
posts, reels, stories, and other social media content
.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and company requirements.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and relevant hashtags.
- Maintain and manage a regular
content calendar and posting schedule
.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages and maintain audience engagement.
- Track basic social media performance, reach, and engagement.




- Coordinate with the internal team to understand requirements and create relevant content.

Requirements
- Minimum
1+ year of experience
in social media management or content creation.
- Valuable understanding of
Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
.
- Strong content creation and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
- Good writing and caption-creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms independently.
- Knowledge of
Canva or other content-creation tools
will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable working
on-site at Bhopal IT Park
