About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Telemarketing Executive (TME) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job groups, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Screen candidates through telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
- Support joining formalities and document collection.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
- Ability to handle high-volume entry-level hiring.
- Recruitment experience in telecalling/insurance/BFSI hiring is an advantage.
