Job Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver products/documents to customers and designated locations across Delhi NCR.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
- Read and understand delivery letters, addresses, invoices, and related documents.
- Plan routes efficiently and use navigation/GPS applications for timely deliveries.
- Handle products carefully during pickup, transportation, and delivery.
- Maintain proper delivery records and obtain necessary acknowledgements from customers.
- Coordinate with the office/team regarding pickup and delivery schedules.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines while driving.
Requirements
- Must know how to drive a two-wheeler.
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Valuable knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and locations.
- Comfortable using Google Maps or other navigation applications.
- Able to read and understand basic English/Hindi letters and addresses.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Prior experience in delivery, courier, logistics, or field work will be an advantage.
