Role Description
The MERN Trainer will deliver structured, industry-relevant training on the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)



stack to students at Anudip’s Chennai training center in a full-time, on-site capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive theory and hands-on coding sessions, creating lesson plans, assignments, and projects that reflect current industry standards, and mentoring learners on best practices in full-stack development. The trainer will evaluate student performance through assessments, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in building portfolios and preparing for technical interviews. The role also involves updating course content as technologies evolve, collaborating with the training team to improve learning outcomes, and maintaining detailed records of student progress and attendance.

Qualifications
- Robust MERN stack expertise, with practical experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Solid knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful API
