About the Role

Avabiz Ventures is looking for a
Accounts & Finance Executive

with a strong background in
finance and accounting

to manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, financial documentation, and administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of
Tally, accounting processes, banking documentation, insurance, loans, payroll, and international payment transactions

, along with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounting entries and records using
Tally and other accounting software

.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Handle
employee payroll processing

, salary calculations, and payroll-related documentation.




- Maintain employee salary and payroll records.
- Manage and organize
financial, banking, and company documentation

- Coordinate with banks for routine banking transactions and documentation.
- Assist with
loan-related documentation, processing, and coordination

.
- Maintain and coordinate
insurance-related documents and records

.
- Assist in processing and maintaining records for
international payments and transactions

.
- Coordinate with management, banks, financial institutions, and other external parties when required.
- Maintain proper records of financial and administrative documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support other finance, accounts, and administrative activities as assigned by management.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience

in Accounts & Finance, Accounting, or a related role.
