About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients/customers, completing assigned field activities, collecting documents or payments, conducting field verification, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients/customers at assigned locations.
- Collect and submit required documents, payments, or applications.
- Conduct field verification, inspections, and other assigned field activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide regular updates and daily reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, documents, and other field activities.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the office/team to ensure smooth completion of assigned work.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred depending on the role.
