Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Worker / Machine Operator to join our production team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality skin care, cosmetics, and oral care products
This role requires a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a protected and compliant work environment
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or issues to supervisors
Assist in the setup and calibration of machines for different production runs
Maintain accurate production records and logs
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality
Qualifications:

Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOPs
Familiarity with quality control processes and GMP standards
