Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple business functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that attract, engage, and hire top-tier, diverse talent. This is a energetic and fast-paced environment that encourages innovation and creative problem-solving. The primary focus will be on delivering high-quality hires, providing an exceptional candidate experience, and building strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment objectives for each position.
- Develop and publish job postings across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms,



applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing avenues.
- Stay informed on current recruiting trends, assessment methodologies, and best practices to support effective candidate evaluation.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to understand ongoing and future talent needs, while aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Leverage job boards, professional networks, social media, and other sourcing platforms to proactively identify and engage qualified talent.
- Manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through hiring, onboarding, and contributing to employee retention efforts.
- Review resumes, conduct candidate assessments and interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates through continuous relationship management
