About The Role
This internship is a hands-on introduction to real market research — not busywork. You will support live research projects from day one, learn how qualified analysis is structured, and build a portfolio of work you can point to. A stipend is provided for the duration of the internship. The role is work-from-home out of Nagpur/Wardha, with site visits only if a project requires it.

What You'll Do
- Gather secondary research on companies, industries, competitors, and market trends from credible public sources.
- Build and maintain research databases, prospect lists, and competitor trackers.
- Assist with survey design, data entry, data cleaning, and basic analysis.
- Summarise your findings into short briefs, slides, and charts for the wider team.
- Sit in on research reviews and client-facing discussions to see how insight turns into strategy.




- Support the analyst team on ad-hoc research requests with quick, accurate turnarounds.

What We're Looking For
- Students in their final year or recent graduates in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Genuine curiosity about markets, businesses, and why people buy what they buy.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and the discipline to verify a fact before reporting it.
- Clear written English and comfort asking questions when something is unclear.
- No prior experience required — we will teach the method. Bring the rigour.
