Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including current trends and developments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
