Position Summary
A BIM Modeler specializing in MEP systems plays a critical role in the design and construction process, ensuring that the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of a building are well- coordinated and meet the necessary standards and regulations.We are looking a candidate who has experience to handle International projects and 3D BIM Coordinated models.

Primary Responsibilities:
- MEP Modelling: Creating detailed 3D models of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using BIM software. This includes components such as HVAC (heating, ventilation,
and air conditioning), electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- System Integration: Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building design. Ensuring that the MEP systems align with the architectural and structural elements.
- Coordination: Conducting clash detection and coordination meetings to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts between different building systems. This is crucial to prevent issues during construction and to optimize spatial efficiency.
- Parametric Modeling: Creating parametric models that allow for the agile adjustment of system components. This helps in exploring different design options and facilitates easy updates as the project evolves.
