Role Overview
We are looking for an
Electrical Engineer
to manage electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and electrical systems across the rice processing/manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day electrical maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, breakdowns, panels, motors, starters, and control systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor LT/HT electrical systems, transformers, DG sets, MCC/PCC panels, and distribution systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems with minimum downtime.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for breakdown and maintenance activities.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor energy consumption and support initiatives for energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with external electrical contractors and service providers when required.




- Maintain adequate electrical spares and support inventory planning.
- Ensure proper safety practices during electrical maintenance and shutdown activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/food processing/industrial plant maintenance preferred.
- Practical knowledge of motors, control panels, VFDs, PLCs, transformers, DG sets, and electrical distribution.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to work in a plant workplace and handle breakdown situations.

Preferred:
Candidates with experience in
rice mills, food processing, FMCG, agro-processing, or manufacturing plants
will be preferred.
