Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence while speaking with customers, and a strong interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Candidates with prior telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.
