Job Roles & Responsibilities – Machine Maintenance Engineer (CNC)
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and related manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machine issues.
- Attend machine breakdowns promptly and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Conduct regular inspection, servicing, lubrication, calibration, and condition monitoring of CNC machines.
- Identify the root cause of recurring machine failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Maintain and update maintenance schedules, breakdown records, machine history, and service reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure maximum machine availability and smooth production operations.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential failures before they affect production.
- Handle replacement and maintenance of machine components, motors, sensors, drives, bearings, pumps, and other critical parts.




- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of recent CNC machines and equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance of electrical panels, control systems, PLCs, and CNC controllers as applicable.
- Maintain adequate inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance consumables.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and 5S practices while carrying out maintenance activities.
- Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Coordinate with external service engineers and vendors for specialized machine repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain proper documentation of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, spare parts consumption, and machine downtime.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
