Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join us in a full-time, fully remote (work-from-home) role. In this position, you will play a critical part in maintaining the quality and reliability of our platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve executing manual and automated tests, identifying and documenting defects, validating bug fixes, and collaborating closely with our software development team to reproduce and resolve issues.

Qualifications
- Core Testing Expertise:
Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Test Execution:
Ability to write clear test cases, execute comprehensive test suites, and accurately report results.
- Technical Foundation:




Basic programming or scripting knowledge to support test automation and debugging efforts.
- Tools & Frameworks:
Experience with standard test management tools, defect tracking systems, and automation frameworks for web or API testing.
- Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive collaboratively in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting test results and working seamlessly with engineering and product teams.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points
- Prior experience testing voice, telephony, or real-time communication systems is a strong plus.
