We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Executive to support financial operations, reporting, and client communications. Join our team to thrive in a collaborative, US-inspired corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including recording journal entries, invoicing, reconciliations,



month-end books closing and financial reporting using ERPs.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Communicate effectively with US clients via email, calls, and presentations, ensuring clear and skilled interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapting to US corporate culture and agile working styles.
- Support audits, compliance, and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- MBA Finance or Any Finance Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong expertise in Excel formulas/functions and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting.
- Working knowledge of ERPs such as SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho, or Tally etc.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills for client-facing communication.
- Flexible with working hours to accommodate US time zones to an exte
