Solar Sales Executive Residential Solar Kits

Location: Hyderabad

Experience:1-4 years in Sales, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or related industries.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to drive sales of our 2 kW and 3 kW residential solar kits. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining solar solutions, conducting site visits where required, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through field visits, references, digital enquiries, dealer networks, and other channels.
* Promote and sell 2 kW and 3 kW residential solar kits to individual homeowners and residential customers.
* Understand customer electricity consumption and recommend the appropriate solar solution.
* Explain the advantages of solar power, system specifications, savings, installation process, and available financing/subsidy options.
* Conduct customer meetings and site visits to assess installation requirements.




* Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and follow up with prospective customers.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
* Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site surveys, system design, installation, and commissioning.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, electricians, contractors, builders, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions,quotations, and sales pipeline.
* Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management.
