Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from vehicle reception through delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their vehicle/service requirements, and provide professional assistance.
- Prepare accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle inspection.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs.
- Keep customers updated regarding service progress, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval before carrying out additional work.
- Conduct vehicle delivery and explain completed work, replaced parts, and service recommendations.




- Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote service packages, accessories, and other after-sales products when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/service center is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and basic automotive terminology.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and other departments.
- Good computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, customer-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
