Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
development, programming, and troubleshooting of Beckhoff PLC systems
using
Structured Text (ST)
and
Function Block (FB)
languages.
- Architect and develop
SCADA / HMI applications
integrated with
MS Access or SQL databases
for data logging, reporting, and analytics.
- Design, optimize, and validate
machine automation sequences, control logic, and interlocks
for reliable and productive operation.
- Execute and lead
testing, commissioning, FAT, and SAT activities
at factory and customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve complex
software, hardware, and field-level automation issues
.
- Review automation designs and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross‑functional teams.
- Prepare and review
technical documentation
, including software design specifications, user manuals, validation documents, and reports.
- Collaborate closely with
electrical design, mechanical, and software teams




to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support customers during installation, commissioning, and post‑implementation phases.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with
safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements
.
- Strong understanding of
field sensors, actuators, drives, control components
, and industrial communication protocols.
- Ability to read, interpret, and review
electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
.
- Experience in system debugging, performance optimization, and lifecycle support.

Educational Qualification
- BE / BTech in
Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
(or equivalent).
- 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in
industrial automation systems
