Role Overview:
This role supports AI enablement and taxtechnology initiatives by bridging tax domain experience, business analysis, and AIdriven solutions.
It is intended for professionals who have worked on tax assignments in Big 4 / CA firm environments and are interested in moving into AIenabled, workfloworiented tax technology roles.
This is not a pure tax advisory role and not a pure technical role.
What You Will Do:
- Apply strong understanding of tax processes, regulations, and controls to improve efficiency and quality across tax service lines
- Work with tax teams to understand tax workflows, assignments, and documentation
- Support AI use cases across tax research, compliance, litigation, and documentation
- Act as a functional / business analyst for AIbased tax tools and platforms
- Support adoption of AI solutions into daytoday tax work
- Support pilot and rollout of tax process improvements within defined governance and review frameworks
- Communicate tax concepts clearly to stakeholders, including those without a tax background
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams, including planning, execution, and timely reporting
- Manage multiple assignments in parallel while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Review tax documents (notices, orders, submissions, opinions) for context, relevance, and quality
- Support testing, validation, and refinement of AI agents and documentintelligence tools
- Track issues, enhancements, and readiness across initiatives
Mandatory Experience (NonNegotiable):
Candidates must have:
- Prior experience working on tax assignments (advisory, compliance, research, litigation support, or tax transformation)
- Experience in a Big 4 firm, CA firm, or qualified tax environment
- Working exposure to tax documentation and tax workflows
- Strong understanding of tax processes, regulatory requirements, and controls
Deep tax expertise is not required, but tax domain exposure is essential.
