Role Description
The Client Management Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Greater Noida, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships across Appilary Technologies’ software solutions. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring effective implementation and usage of BTL activation, retail monitoring, OOH monitoring,



and AI/ML trade marketing products. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, provide timely updates, and support clients with onboarding, training, and ongoing account management. Day-to-day activities include monitoring client satisfaction, analyzing account performance, preparing reports, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and drive client value.

The role also requires identifying new prospects and converting them into client.
