JOB Description:

Required Technical Expertise:
- Experience on PLC programming mainly Toshiba /GE / Rockwell / Schneider/ Siemens/Mitsubishi (Ladder logic, Function Block diagram and Sequential Flow chart)
- Experience on HMI screen development mainly IGNITION / WinCC/ Wonderware / Intouch / Factory talk view etc.
- Integrate PLC/SCADA with industrial networks such as Modbus, Ethernet, Profibus, Control-net, Device net, TCP-IP, Third Party Networking.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and debugging at client sites.
- Experience in Drives Positive knowledge of Process Industry Platform.
- Knowledge in Hydraulic system Design /Electrical /Control panel /Piping GA drawings /IO list etc. panel automation project related documents.
- Should have experience of conducting FAT / SAT, and able to Manage the client.
- Ready to Travel Overseas as well as Domestic Sites
- Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and reports.



Japanese Language Bilingual will have more preference. Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

Industry Applications Areas:
- Industry: STEEL INDUSTRY Oil Gas, BMS.
- - Applications: Boiler, Chiller, WTP etc.

Added advantages:
- Knowledge of Sensors Transmitters Like Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level etc.
- Knowledge of Control Valves Actuators.
- Knowledge of Combustion Safety Control System.
- Knowledge of Schematics Hardware Design in Control PLC Panels.
- Experience in Testing commissioning.
- Experience in conducting FAT / SAT and able to Manage the client.

Role Responsibilities:
- As Sr. Project Engineer-PLC, Proficiency in PLC Programming with overall System Design including Hardware Registration.
- Coordinate with the PM/TL on current programming tasks.
