- Site HR Supervisor (02 Nos):- (Male Only) Should have 2-3 Years experience in HR Admin Line. Mostly knowledge in Plant Site people Joining, Manpower Handle, Employees Coordination, Prepare Gate Pass, Attendance Check, ESI Office Coordination, other Statutory Compliance's..
- Job Nature:- Ability to handle Joining Formalities at Plant Site. Looking up Accommodation arrangement of new joiner, Prepare Employees Monthly Attendance. Maintain all employee files, scanning employee documents and uploading. Day to day interaction with site peoples. Maintaining Employee database and other key excel reports. Offer Letters, Appointment Letter hand over to new joining people, Employees query solve, Handle Sudden Accident case in Plant area. Coordination to Hospital, Police Station, Labour Office, PF Office ESIC office according to requirement.
