Roles and Responsibility
- Dispense medications to patients and provide counseling on their proper use.
- Manage inventory of pharmaceutical products and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
- Conduct regular patient assessments to ensure safe medication use.
- Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
