Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily production and warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and meet targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production and warehouse space, reducing costs and improving productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of production and warehouse management.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Job Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
- Proven experience in production and warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues.
