Role Description
This is a full time, on-site System Administrator role based in Hyderabad. The System Administrator will manage and maintain servers, workstations, and core IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Responsibilities include monitoring systems,



performing regular updates and backups, and managing user accounts and permissions. The role involves providing technical support to internal teams, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating complex problems as needed. The System Administrator will also support network administration tasks, implement security best practices, document configurations and procedures, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve IT processes that support Shoonya Tax Solutions’ consulting operations.

Qualifications and Key Responsibilities
- Candidates should possess strong skills in System Administration and Information Technology to manage servers, operating systems, and IT assets.

• Manage office IT infrastructure, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, VPNs, and firewalls

• Administer Microsoft 365, user accounts, access controls, and email system
