Job Description

As a CRM Specialist at Prockured, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer enquiries, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with the sales and procurement teams, sharing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-ups with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer leads and enquiries in the CRM system.

• Handle leads received through website enquiries, WhatsApp, calls, social media, and other channels.

• Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.

• Prepare, coordinate,



and share quotations with customers.

• Track quotation status and follow up for approvals and conversions.

• Update lead stages, customer information, notes, and follow-up dates in the CRM.

• Coordinate with sales, purchase, operations, and procurement teams for customer requirements.

• Ensure every enquiry receives a timely response and follow-up.

• Maintain records of customer conversations and sales activities.

• Identify high-potential leads and support the sales team in closing opportunities.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.

• Prepare daily or weekly reports on leads, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Ensure there are no missed leads or pending customer follow-ups.
