Job Summary
As a Relationship Manager, your main job will be to bring in new clients, take care of our existing clients, and help them choose the right financial products. You will focus on understanding what clients need and helping the company grow its business.
Role Details
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in broking, wealth management, financial services or banking
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Sales, Business Administration, or similar fields.
- Certifications: NISM certifications are mandatory. (AMFI or CFP certifications are a plus).
Key Responsibilities
- Find and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and sales activities.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and serve as their main point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial goals and guide them to the right investment products.
- Promote products like equities,
mutual funds, PMS, and insurance.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide smooth and excellent service to clients.
- Track client portfolios and give them regular updates on their investments.
- Follow all regulatory rules and company policies.
- Meet your monthly and yearly sales and revenue targets.
