Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee clinical operations activities, including protocol development and implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical operations projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements.
- Ensure effective communication and issue resolution with internal and external partners.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology or pharmacy.
- Proven experience in clinical operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Valuable Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with strong problem-solving skills.
