Role Description




The UK Healthcare Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that healthcare recruitment activities and processes related to UK-based clients adhere to relevant regulatory, legal, and skilled standards. This on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves reviewing candidate documentation, verifying credentials, and monitoring adherence to UK healthcare compliance requirements, including background checks, right-to-work verification, and professional registration. The role includes developing and maintaining compliance checklists and policies, conducting regular audits of candidate files and recruitment processes, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders and client reviews. The Compliance Officer collaborates closely with recruitment consultants, onboarding teams, and operations staff to resolve compliance issues, mitigate risk, and maintain accurate records.
