We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Trial Pharmacist to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals and life sciences, with 2-5 years of experience in clinical trials.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate clinical trial activities, including protocol development and study execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and monitor clinical trials to ensure adherence to protocols and safety standards.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on study progress and outcomes.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues or problems that arise during the study.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
- Strong knowledge of Valuable Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to clinical trials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
