Aptronix employs authorized technicians and trained staff who support customers with purchases, troubleshooting, and switching from other platforms to Apple. The company also conducts training sessions, one-to-one sessions, and special in-store events to enhance the customer experience.

Role Description
The Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day store operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and meeting sales and service targets. This full-time, in office role in Kochi includes supervising store staff, managing schedules, and supporting training and performance development. The role involves overseeing inventory, merchandising,



and visual standards, as well as handling escalated customer queries and coordinating with authorized service technicians. The Manager will monitor store KPIs, implement sales initiatives, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. The position also requires close collaboration with regional leadership to drive store growth and uphold Aptronix India’s brand standards.
