The interview process will include the following rounds:

1st:Online Quickfire Test.

2nd: Personal Interview with HR.

3rd: Aptitude Test - Attention to Detail, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning.

4th: Interview Round with the Manager.

5th: Interview round with the HOD.

Upon selection, candidates will undergo one week of classroom-based process training followed by an assessment. Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will move to the operations floor. Those who fail the assessment will not continue in the selection process.

Training Period: 2 Months (Candidate will receive half salary during the training period). This is the maximum duration and may be reduced.

Probation Period: 6 Months (Candidate will receive full salary during the probation period).

Note: Rs. 1800/- PF & Rs. 200/- professional tax will be deducted from the full salary.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recent employee onboarding formalities — access card, laptop/PC, Tracker and GreytHR access, visiting cards, and other assets — ensuring everything is issued on the day of joining.




- Process employee documentation, including appointment and probation letters, NDA, Code of Conduct, and HR policy acknowledgements, and maintain accurate and updated employee records.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, health insurance enrolment, bank detail verification, and emergency contact recording for new employees.
- Support employee de-boarding — resignation processing, knowledge transfer and handover tracking, asset returns, access revocation, Full & Final settlement, and issuance of relieving/experience letters.
- Coordinate monthly attendance finalization, leave records, and incentive data collection; support payroll preparation, verification, approval, and timely release.
- Prepare and process increment, promotion, transfer, and bonus letters as applicable, and maintain related records for audit and compliance.
