Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create and post job descriptions, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for multiple functions. Daily tasks include managing recruitment tools and databases, scheduling and facilitating interviews,



supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, adhering to hiring policies, and providing regular updates and reports to leadership.

End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to on-boarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions across multiple job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Monster, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
- Negotiate salary,
