Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listings, catalog management, inventory synchronization, pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and deal registrations across multiple e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, high-quality images, videos, and compelling brand content to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as GMV, AOV, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC, Units Sold, Order Defect Rate (ODR), and Customer Ratings, and prepare regular MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns, sponsored promotions, flash sales,



and platform-specific marketing initiatives to maximize sales and return on ad spend.
- Manage customer reviews, ratings, returns, and service escalations to maintain excellent seller performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitor analysis to evaluate pricing, assortment, promotions, and marketplace trends, and recommend strategies to improve market share and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, product listing standards, Legal Metrology requirements, packaging guidelines, and operational SLAs.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Supply Chain teams for inventory planning, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to launch current SKUs, promotional bundles, subscription packs, and seasonal campaigns.
