*Key Responsibilities*
- Generate new business through calls, leads, references, and customer interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, advantages, coverage, premiums, and terms clearly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers for renewals and additional requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation.
