Role Description
The Senior Leasing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.



The individual in this role will lead leasing strategies for retail, F&B;, and commercial assets, including identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, and closing agreements that align with asset performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing catchment data, managing lease pipelines, and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners, landlords, and stakeholders. The Senior Leasing Manager will oversee lease administration, monitor occupancy and revenue metrics, and collaborate with property management teams to ensure high resident and tenant retention. This role also involves coordinating with internal advisory teams to design effective brand mixes, support current asset launches, and drive expansion into emerging markets.
